II. Documents proving the identity or, where applicable, the legal representative of the owner. Can be any official identification such as a passport or valid driver's license;
III. Determine a clear and accurate personal data for which it seeks to exercise any of the rights described above, and
IV. Any other item or document that facilitates the location of personal data (such as the date on which they were collected)
The response time to your request for exercise ARCO rights is up to 10 working days from the time your request in confirmed. Confirmation to your request will be provided as soon as possible.
